A simple daily cash register for kirana shops
Most kirana and general stores in India still run on a paper galla book or a rough diary. This free daily cash register does the same job on your phone — record every cash in (sale or receipt) and cash out (expense or payment), and instantly see your day's sales, expenses, net cash and closing balance. It is not a full billing or POS system, just a fast, honest daily tally that any shopkeeper can use.
How net cash is calculated
Net cash = Total cash in − Total cash out
Closing cash = Opening cash (galla) + Net cash
Enter your opening cash at the start of the day and the closing figure tells you exactly how much should be in the drawer at night — a quick way to catch mistakes or shortages.
Your data stays on your phone
Entries are saved in your own browser using device storage, so your register is still there when you come back — but nothing is ever uploaded to any server.
