Google Chat can now talk to Slack and Microsoft Teams. You don't have to switch between apps anymore.

As per report ..In August 2023, Google said they'd make Chat work with Slack and Teams, which are big in business. At first, only some people with paid Google Workspace accounts could try it. But now, everyone can use it.

But if you use Workspace and want to chat with Slack or Teams, you need to get a Mio license too. Mio is a company that helps Workspace and Microsoft 365 work together.

Even though you need Mio to make the chat apps talk, it lets you do everything you usually do. So, you can send messages and mention your coworkers, no matter which app they're using.
