 Oatmeal Ingredients:


1 cup rolled oats

2 cups water or milk

pinch of salt (optional)

sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, sugar) (optional)

toppings of your choice (fruits, nuts, seeds, etc) (optional)



 Oatmeal Instructions:


Steps 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, water or milk, and salt (if using).

Steps 2: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until the oats are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
